Counselrise is run by a full-stack builder — Next.js/TypeScript, AI-assisted development, and workflow automation — who designs, builds, and personally reviews the content pipeline every client runs on. There's no account manager between you and the person who wrote the system.

The playbook is the same one already delivered twice for real clients: cut infrastructure cost by migrating off overpriced legacy hosting and email, then install an AI content engine that keeps a human review and sign-off step in the loop. It has been run in production for Uromed, a medical/urology company (a multi-site daily content agent), and Harley Street Hair Transplant, a London hair-transplant clinic (a more advanced multi-agent pipeline covering both SEO and AI-search, with doctor-attribution and a human sign-off before anything publishes).

Additional IT and infrastructure work has also been delivered under NDA for other companies — audits, backups, email, and network/firewall support — which isn't named here but informs the same boring-and-reversible approach to infrastructure choices.

The focus now: bringing the same system to boutique law firms in the US and UK — sold on real, measurable SEO, with AI-search visibility as the differentiating edge, not the whole pitch.
